The two infinity-edge pools, elegantly shaded by olive trees, offer not just a place to relax, but splendid moments to savor the majestic sunsets; it felt as if we had our own paradise amidst nature. The chef, Guillaume, curates a menu with local produce that dances on your palate, and it's complemented by an exquisite wine selection that highlights the talents of Corsican winegrowers. I visited with my partner, and we thoroughly enjoyed our gentle massages at the spa that revitalized us after days of exploration in nearby charming seaside villages.
